Classification of Self dumping Semi trailers

Self dumping semi-trailer is suitable for the transportation of bulk and scattered goods such as coal, ore, and construction materials. Self dumping semi trailers can be divided into two categories according to their uses: one category belongs to heavy-duty and ultra heavy self dumping trailers used for non road transportation, mainly responsible for transportation tasks such as large mines and engineering projects, usually used in conjunction with excavators. Another type belongs to the light and medium-sized ordinary dump trailers used for road transportation, mainly responsible for the transportation of loose goods such as sand, gravel, soil, coal, etc., usually used in conjunction with loaders.

It has high strength, strong lifting force, good rigidity and toughness, strong bearing capacity, and does not undergo permanent deformation.

3. Exquisite craftsmanship: The main components are processed using advanced equipment, and the longitudinal beams are fully automatic submerged arc welded. The wheel axles and steel plate springs are precisely assembled using assembly machines.
