The combination tank mouth is located at the top of the tank, with a self-locking small cover on top of the large cover. Malfunction and Maintenance Methods: 1. Brake Failure and Slow Braking Causes: The gap between the brake shoe friction plate and the brake drum is too large, and the brake shoe friction plate is excessively worn when adjusting the gap. The brake shoe friction plate is replaced, and the air chamber is damaged. The air brake system in the air chamber is leaking, causing a pressure drop. Check the leaking part, repair or replace the emergency relay valve, and replace it. 2. The brake cannot be released, and the brake is released slowly. Causes: The system pressure is too low, and the pressure of the air brake system is increased to the specified value. The brake return spring is damaged, and the spring pipe is replaced. Check and remove the emergency relay valve or quick release valve for poor operation. Check and replace the brake air chamber push rod stroke. Adjust it again. 3. Tire Swing Causes: Loose wheel nuts, tightened axle bearings are sintered and damaged. Replace the bearing and correct the bent axle Replace the axle bearings with excessive clearance, tighten the bearing lock nuts correctly, replace the bearing lubricating grease on time, and replace the axle bearings; The tires are excessively worn, and the perpendicularity between the axle axis and the frame centerline exceeds the standard. Adjust the distance between the two ends of the axle and the traction pin as much as possible to be consistent. 4. The reason for the excessive resistance of the rocker arm shaking is poor lubrication. Add lubricating grease to the bearing and replace it. The bearing gear is eccentric or severely worn. Disassemble and inspect the replacement parts. If the screw thread is damaged, replace the screw.
